The Alliance is launching Project 360, our triennial market research and membership survey. By the time we wrap up in December, we will have reached out to all of our members as well as the broader business community, providers, brokers and consultants and – new this time around – consumers!
The results from Project 360 provide The Alliance Board and staff with key insights into our market and help us understand how The Alliance is perceived by our members and other key stakeholders. In the past, the results from Project 360 have led to improvements in what we do and how we do it. Expanding our provider network, developing the QualityPath initiative and the Find a Doctor cost and quality tool all have roots in the feedback we received through this process.
