The Alliance has begun sending out 2019 renewal agreements to a number of participating providers. If you receive a renewal agreement by mail or email, we ask that you review and sign the agreement and return it to us by mail or email at email@example.com.

Please note that not all providers will receive a renewal; only those whose agreements meet certain criteria are included in this effort.
