You can request a variety of reports that delve into health plan data.

Information about how to request these reports is offered in the Members section of the site. Click on “Benefits of Membership” and scroll down to the “Reports” area.

Reports include:

  • Utilization Data to access detailed utilization information on your population’s medical claims specific to those on an Alliance plan.
  • Claims Detail to show an employer’s overall savings percentage received for a specific time period analyzed. The report breaks down the information into major types of care, providers utilized and whether they are in- or out-of-network, and claims volume and total charges for the providers seen.
  • Claims Summary (ROI) reports an employer’s return on investment and summary of claims for a specific time period.

Reports available on demand from the website include the Annual Benefits Survey report to compare your plan to your peers.

QualityCounts® reports are also available on demand to help you understand the cost and quality of care. The inpatient report offers both cost and quality information for specific procedures, while the outpatient report offers cost data only for certain outpatient procedures.
