QualityPath Toolkit

The QualityPath Toolkit was designed for busy employers that want ready-to-use materials to help explain what QualityPath is and the many benefits it offers.

Materials like our tutorial video feature bright colors and fun animations. We hope to spark the interest of anyone who comes in contact with a poster, table tent or letter so they want to learn more.

The toolkit is an evolving list of materials that currently includes some of the items below:

  • The Alliance Network Map with QualityPath Hospitals
  • “Grab and go” email messages, newsletter articles, and social media messages
  • Patient Testimonial Mailing Insert
  • Infographic and employee brochures
  • Intranet-ready articles and teaser messages
  • PowerPoint Presentation

Why You Need the Toolkit

Good programs often succeed – or fail – because of marketing or the lack of it. Research suggests that you need to repeat the same message to individuals at least seven times for them to remember and take action on it.

That’s especially true when you’re talking about health care. It’s not enough for employees to simply know about the program. They have to feel comfortable enough with its cost and quality features to want to participate.

It’s also important to recognize that different individuals learn differently. That’s why we provide more than just one option for promotion; illustrations, videos, messaging, PowerPoints, promotional giveaways and more.

Senior Marketing & Events Specialist at The Alliance
Tierney Anderson joined The Alliance in 2009 and currently serves as the cooperative's marketing & events specialist. She previously served as marketing and member services coordinator. Her responsibilities include the development of effective communications and marketing materials for Alliance members and business partners by executing marketing plans and promoting products, services and events.

In addition to her work at The Alliance, Tierney is an active member on The Business Forum, previously serving on the board and acting as senior chair for the ATHENA committee. Tierney also participates in the Advertising Federation of Madison and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network of Madison.

Tierney earned her bachelor's degree of business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with an emphasis in information systems and a certification on the Project Management Body of Knowledge.
