Dr. Jerry L. Halverson

Chief Medical Officer, Rogers Behavioral Health  

Dr. Halverson, MD, FACPsych, DFAPA, is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with a subspecialty in Consult Liaison Psychiatry. He serves as chief medical officer for Rogers Behavioral Health. Dr. Halverson has advocated for the use of objective patient care data to improve care through his work at Rogers and with Wisconsin and national initiatives through the American Psychiatric Association (APA), the American Medical Association (AMA) as well as other organizations.

Diana Clark

Benefits Manager, Promega Corporation 

Diana’s experience includes insurance, healthcare, and hospitality industries over the last 25 years. Benefit strategy and administration is Diana’s passion. As a self-professed “benefits geek”, she embraces the personal relationships and purpose that working with individuals during leaves of absence, caregiving situations and other life changes can provide.  The strategy side of benefits keeps her skills sharp and analytical.  “My degree is in Economics, and I enjoy making calculated changes to help drive and encourage positive behaviors,” Diana states. 

Julie Norland

SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MRA 

With more than 20 years of progressive human resource experience, Julie has worked in the distribution, manufacturing, service, and healthcare environments. She works as a business partner and collaborator to help members increase organizational effectiveness. 

Julie’s broad background includes talent acquisition and retention, employee relations, training and development, employment law and regulations, performance management, policy development, and compensation and benefits administration. She is also experienced in organizational change, including merger and acquisitions, expansion and new construction, and culture transformation. She has coached and advised managers and senior leaders on complex employee relations issues. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
