The Alliance® Premier NetworkÂ
The Alliance Premier Network offers employers the flexibility of a multi-tier benefit plan, and is a great way to direct your employees to low-cost, high-value providers without limiting their provider options.Â

Tiers essentially provide a preferred option, a secondary preferred option (Comprehensive Network), and all other out-of-network options. This set-up doesn’t limit where your employees can choose to seek treatment, but by using incentives, it allows you to direct them towards higher-value care.
You may want to offer more or less choice depending on where your employees live. The amount of customization we offer can support up to four tiers. By offering different tiers, you can incentivize your employees to choose cost-effective providers. This reduces your plan spend and saves them money. This option is best for employers that want to offer the widest range of choice possible.
