Member Services Staff Changes

Kathryn McLeod (formerly Product Portfolio and Strategy Manager) has been promoted to Director of Member Services and Innovation. In this role, McLeod will lead the Member Services area and spearhead innovation initiatives to move health care forward.

|
Paul Roelke (formerly Member Services Advisor) will serve as an Account Executive, reporting to McLeod.
|
|
| Mike Roche (formerly Member Services Manager) and Mike Krach will both serve as Directors of Business Development.
