In this month’s newsletter, we wanted to acknowledge The Alliance staff, who has – beyond all measures – exceeded standards during this crazy, once-in-a-lifetime situation. They’ve made the transition into virtual work almost seamlessly and have shown a real passion and dedication for supporting our members, who have not had any disruptions in service.  
 
Further, we have a fully functioning virtual call center, are processing claims just as quickly as we always have, and have onboarded three new employees since March. In other words: the pandemic hasn’t slowed us down – it’s just made us work harder.
