Our Smarter NetworksSM are growing! We’ve added new locations and providers from Prevea Health and Hospital Sisters Health Systems (HSHS), which includes four more HSHS hospitals in Eastern Wisconsin and more than 100 Prevea Health locations, encompassing 900 practitioners.

This network expansion strengthens our cooperative’s foothold in Eastern Wisconsin while offering our employers and their families more choice, which helps them avoid surprise billing.

Use our Find a Doctor tool to find a Prevea Health or HSHS provider (or one of our other 31,000+ providers and doctors).

Colonoscopy Educational Flyer
Colorectal cancer (also known as colon cancer) is one of the most common forms of cancer among both men and women, yet is completely preventable with regular exams. As an employer, you can offer your employees reputable information about colonoscopies while saving them money – and possibly their life.

Please distribute this flyer to your employees so they can learn about the importance (and relative ease) of colorectal screening. Both your bottom line and your workforce’s health may benefit from this information.

Employer Vaccine Clinics
The Department of Health Services is now offering employers of any size the opportunity to be “matched” with vaccinators willing to hold employer-based clinics. The goal with this matching service is to create a dedicated space for employers and community organizations to offer vaccine specifically for their staff and families. Depending on the needs and capacity of the vaccine provider and employer, these clinics can be on-site at the workplace, or off-site at a vaccine provider location.

If you are interested in being matched, complete the Employer Matching Survey and submit it to DHS.

More employer vaccination resources by DHS can be found on our dedicated COVID-19 page below.

2021 Paid Leave Credit
Under the American Rescue Plan, payroll tax credits are available for businesses with under 500 employees to cover the full cost of paid leave for employees to get the COVID-19 vaccine and recover from any side effects. The credits are available for leave from April 1, 2021, through September 30, 2021. For more information
