Welcome Mark Bennehoff to the Provider Contracting & Relations Team

We’d like to introduce our new Legal Contracting & Provider Relations Manager, Mark Bennehoff. Mark will contribute to The Alliance’s goal of helping employers better manage their healthcare costs by emphasizing value through developing and maintaining The Alliance’s provider network in designated markets.

He will lead efforts to collaborate with providers on quality metrics that employers are requesting to make informed healthcare decisions.

Mark has over 25 years of experience working for providers, payers, and as a healthcare consultant with a focus on contract analysis, management, and provider contract negotiations and partnerships.

Updated Provider Forms

We have updated the provider forms on our website so they can be electronically submitted.

Register a New Practitioner to an Existing Contracted Provider: This form is used to register a new practitioner to an existing contracted provider in The Alliance networks.
Make a Provider Update: This form is used to make changes to practitioners, locations, contacts and billing.
Request Reimbursement Rates: This form is for requesting the contracted fee schedule or reimbursement rate(s).

In-House Credentialing

Over the next few months, The Alliance will begin performing provider credentialing in-house, and has partnered with CAQH to streamline the application and credentials verification process.

While there will be no change in providers’ participation status while we undertake this transition, we ask that contracted providers maintain current and complete provider profiles within the CAQH Provider Data Portal. When your providers are due for credentialing or recredentialing, you will receive additional information regarding the credentialing process and documentation requirements.

A reminder that the QualityPath program is sunsetting January 1, 2024 so The Alliance can focus on providing more customized solutions for our employer-members.
