Anthony Brown
Anthony Brown currently serves as chief operating officer for OrthoMidwest. In this role, he brings a strong commitment to quality, cost-effective care, and improved outcomes. Brown joined OrthoIllinois as chief strategy officer in 2020. During this time, he led initiatives in value-based care, surgery center development, and clinical team support. Brown’s leadership continues to drive innovation and excellence in orthopedic care across the Midwest.
Julie Lombardo, PT, DPT, OCS, WCS
Julie Lombardo founded Capitol Physical Therapy in 2004 to serve others differently. Inspired by personal experiences, she built a full-spectrum practice. A lifelong learner, Lombardo holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and advanced board certifications in orthopedics and women’s health. She was named Wisconsin Physical Therapy Association’s Private Practice of the Year in 2016 and a 2017 InBusiness Magazine’s Women of Industry honoree.
Angela Marchant, DO
Dr. Angela Marchant is a board-certified family physician and osteopath committed to social justice and holistic healing. She practices in Madison, focusing on integrative medicine, LGBTQ and gender-affirming care, addiction treatment, and osteopathy for all ages, including newborns. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from AT Still University and completed her internship and residency in Family Medicine at University of Wisconsin Madison.
Christina Wipperfurth Pepper
Christina Wipperfurth Pepper is a co-founder, co-owner, and chief operating officer of MH (Maximum Health) Imaging. Founded in 2012, MH Imaging is an effective option for patients seeking faster access to high-quality, affordable, outpatient medical imaging services. Wipperfurth Pepper has over twenty years of experience with medical imaging. She is originally from Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, and is a graduate of UW-Madison.
Curt Kubiak
Curt Kubiak became President and CEO of The Alliance in 2024, guiding its strategic direction alongside the Board and senior leadership. He founded NOVO Health in 2016 and previously served as CEO of The Orthopedic & Sports Institute of the Fox Valley and Director of Business Administration at Plexus. Kubiak holds a bachelor’s in finance and international business from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of Oshkosh.
