Bend the Trend: Lower Healthcare Costs with Preventive Care

Phillip Blair is the Director of Human Resources for Gamber-Johnson LLC, a global manufacturing company headquartered in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Throughout his career Phillip has been responsible for managing and implementing employee-centered benefits strategies aimed at enhancing value while also controlling costs. This work has helped Gamber-Johnson earn a spot on Wisconsin’s list of Healthiest Employers and become independently recognized as a Great Place to Work.

Renee Klein, RN joined Anovia Health in April 2022. She has over 30 years of providing patient-centered care in multiple care settings including dental clinics, phone triage, out-patient clinics, and hospital settings. In addition, Renee has experience successfully leading care teams to higher levels of performance within comprehensive healthcare systems.

She takes great pride in providing excellent, compassionate care and helping patients navigate the healthcare system.

Brian Cornell has over three decades of experience in machining and plant management. He began at Wissota Tool as a machinist in 1987 and transitioned into leadership roles, becoming Plant Manager in 2022. In this role, he has demonstrated strategic vision and a commitment to operational excellence. Under his leadership, Wissota Tool successfully implemented a self-funded insurance program in June 2024, delivering greater flexibility and cost efficiency for the organization.

Bobbie Jo Aue joined The Alliance in 2021 and serves as Director, Employer Engagement, where she uses her wealth of experience in network design, implementation, and analysis to better service employer-members and their brokers. Bobbie Jo comes from UMR where she held the role of Director of Customer Solutions – Networks for over 11 years. Other previous positions include Network Administrator/ Contract Manager roles at UMR, Security Health Plan, and Fiserv Health. Bobbie Jo earned her degree from UW-Steven’s Point.
