She has over 30 years of providing patient-centered care in multiple care settings including dental clinics, phone triage, out-patient clinics, and hospital settings. Brian Cornell has over three decades of experience in machining and plant management. He began at Wissota Tool as a machinist in 1987 and transitioned into leadership roles, becoming Plant Manager in 2022. In this role, he has demonstrated strategic vision and a commitment to operational excellence. Under his leadership, Wissota Tool successfully implemented a self-funded insurance program in June 2024, delivering greater flexibility and cost efficiency for the organization.

Jennifer Austin
Jennifer Austin joined The Alliance in 2019 and currently serves as Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships, Innovation, and Marketing. In this role, she helps shape the cooperative’s strategic direction while leading efforts in marketing, communications, and innovation. Before joining The Alliance, Jennifer worked at a number of companies in Chicago and Madison, such as Healthgrades, where she focused on marketing and strategy development for hospitals and health systems, including Advocate Healthcare (now Advocate Aurora Health), Augusta University Health, and HCA Healthcare.
Jennifer has a master’s degree in Global Marketing, Communications, and Advertising from Emerson College and a bachelor’s degree in Art and English from The University of Iowa.
