Jean Hippert is senior vice president at PNC Bank and senior managing director at PNC Healthcare. As a member of the
treasury management and healthcare leadership teams, she helps develop and implement strategy and tactics. She is
co-executive sponsor of the PNC Healthcare Advisory Board, executive sponsor for the Revenue Cycle Advisory Services
group and works closely with the region director for the Southeastern US.
Jean joined PNC Healthcare in 2007 after nearly 10 years with Premier, Inc., a strategic alliance of not-for-profit
hospitals and healthcare systems. At Premier, she was responsible for relationship management with shareholder
organizations, specializing in integrated delivery networks, academic medical institutions and faith-based healthcare
systems. She also helped manage national business development and participated in the corporate Baldrige team.
Before joining Premier, she was a healthcare consultant specializing in clinical resource management and operational
productivity improvement.
Dr. Cassidy joined Teladoc in February 2015 as vice president, health services. In this role, Dr. Cassidy helps lead and develop the clinical, quality and network functions of the company.
Prior to joining Teladoc, Dr. Cassidy spent two years as Walgreens’ Chief Accountable Care Officer responsible for their innovative retail pharmacy-provider relationships, including four Medicare Shared Savings Program ACOs. Dr. Cassidy has considerable managed care experience at three different payers, most recently as chief medical officer at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee.
Dr. Cassidy is a board-certified internist who previously practiced emergency medicine in South Florida.
Cynthia “CJ” Mark has more than 20 years of health care and employee benefits experience encompassing health plan management, population health management, marketing and operations for health plans, health care systems and large public, labor and education organizations nationwide.
Prior to joining Teladoc, Mark held various executive roles, including President of Gallagher Benefit Services of Michigan, Market Leader/Healthcare Practice Leader for Findley Davies, President/Healthcare Practice Leader for The Mark Group, and Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Revenue Officer for FiservHealth/Harrington.
With expertise helping organizations develop and implement transformational strategies, Mark has been a passionate advocate for bringing positive change to the healthcare landscape. She has addressed organizations nationwide regarding healthcare and health benefits innovation for more than fifteen years.
