The Alliance® Premier NetworksÂ
The Alliance Premier Networks offer employers the flexibility of a multi-tier benefit plan, and is a great way to direct your employees to low-cost, high-value providers without limiting their provider options.Â

Tiers essentially provide a preferred option, a secondary preferred option (Comprehensive Network), and all other out-of-network options. This doesn’t limit where your employees can choose to seek treatment, but by using incentives, it allows you to direct them toward higher-value care.
You may want to offer more or less choice depending on where your employees live. The Alliance Premier Networks can support up to four customizable tiers. By offering different tiers, you can incentivize your employees to choose cost-effective providers. This reduces your plan spend and saves them money. The Alliance Premier Networks are the best option for employers that want to offer the widest range of choice possible.
