This virtual event will inform employers on how The Alliance uses Payment Reform – using alternative methods to pay for health care – to rein in health care costs and improve health care safety and efficacy. The current fee-for-service health care system sets us (payers and practitioners alike) up for future problems that cost employers money and consumers their good health. The Alliance strives for a future where all health care is bought and paid for through methods that are simple, transparent, and predictable. Achieving payment reform in health care can be done by creating the right incentives for care delivery to protect employers (and their employees) from unexpected charges and enhance the health of each individual.
Learn how The Alliance is helping address these challenges and improve health care – now and in the future – by rewarding value of care over volume of care.
