In September 2025, The Alliance announced a major expansion into eastern and northern Wisconsin, northern Minnesota, northern Illinois, and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan by partnering with three major health systems: Aspirus Health, Aurora Health Care, and Froedtert Pleasant Prairie Hospital.
These additional offerings make our network even more accessible to employers and their employees, giving them more options to find high-value care to meet their unique needs.
Adding these health systems expands our network’s reach, bringing greater value and access across Wisconsin and neighboring states.
This expansion will allow us to add new employers and better serve our existing employer-members, especially those with employees distributed in multiple locations across the region.

Aspirus Health is a nonprofit, community-directed health system serving northeastern Minnesota, northern and central Wisconsin, and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The health system operates 18 hospitals and 130 outpatient locations with nearly 14,000 team members, including 1,300 employed physicians and advanced practice clinicians.

Aurora Health Care is the largest health system in Wisconsin and a national leader in clinical innovation, health outcomes, consumer experience and value-based care. The state’s largest private employer, the system serves patients across 18 hospitals, more than 70 pharmacies and more than 150 sites of care.

With hospitals, clinics, and specialty centers in Kenosha, Pleasant Prairie, and surrounding communities, Froedtert Pleasant Prairie Hospital delivers advanced care close to home.
Today, The Alliance network includes more than 36,000 healthcare providers. This means more options and stronger support for your employees and your business.
