The Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act (MHPAEA) has played a critical role in bridging the gap between mental health and medical benefits. In this first session of a two-part series, we will explain the MHPAEA and the challenges employers face in achieving true parity.
As proposed regulations are set to impact employers in 2024, we’ll host another session in the new year to share the latest insights and guidance so you can stay ahead of the curve. From coverage expansion to reporting requirements, you’ll learn what you need to do to minimize risk within your organization.
